Compliance with the AI Regulation

The AI Regulation is a landmark piece of legislation that will introduce a number of changes to artificial intelligence. Expected to come into force in early 2024, businesses are therefore encouraged to ensure that they are compliant with the most recently proposed EU requirements.

Audit

Our law firm offers audits on the compliance of your business with the new provisions of the AI Regulation. We provide legal support in the following areas:

  • - qualification of an IT solution as an AI system;
  • - qualification of the system into one of the four risk categories in AI: unacceptable, high, limited or minimal (no) risk;
  • - analysis and strategy development related to the risk qualification;
  • - assistance in meeting the requirements for marketing AI;
  • - consulting on AI cyber security;
  • - assistance in establishing the required quality management system;
  • - registration of the system in the EU database of high-risk systems (depending on previous qualification).

Training

Our lawyers are specialists in new technology law. JCJK conducts courses and workshops covering the regulatory aspects of AI, including copyright issues, liability for AI products and obligations of AI manufacturers and operators under the proposed AI regulation.
