Professional Experience
He has over twenty years of experience in advising business entities. From the beginning he has been associated with the IT industry and started his professional career in companies within the Elektrim S.A. group. During this period, he was also involved in designing and implementing IT solutions. Software developer (including development of low-level language solutions, primarily in x86 architecture) and author of numerous articles popularizing computer science. He obtained certifications in application design and Lotus Domino system administration. He remains an active IT professional, administering IT systems and developing software, including for legal office management.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a legal advisor at Comarch S.A. and Stream Communications sp. z o.o. Since 2000, he has been associated with DRQ S.A. (initially as part of the ITI Group, and later Asseco). Until 2008, he held positions such as Director of the Legal Office and Vice President of the Board of the company. Since 2008, he has been affiliated with the Scanmed capital group. From 2012 to 2015, he served as the Director of the Legal Office of the Scanmed Group. He has also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Scanmed S.A. and Allenort Cardiology Clinics sp. z o.o., among others. Since 2013, he has been a legal advisor to the County Hospital in Bochnia.
He is the Chairman of the Legal Commission of the Synod of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland and is also involved in the work of the team for the reform of Church Law, appointed by the Bishop of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland. He is a member of the Synod of the Church and a judge of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.
Since 2001, he has been running an individual legal practice and is the founder of the JCJK Law Firm, where he has been serving as a managing partner from the beginning.
